("Scintillant") handles personal information in connection with its online teacher workflow management platform, "Classroom Studio" (the "Platform"). The Platform allows its users (the "Users") to upload content, share content with other Users, and communicate with other Users. To provide these functions, Scintillant collects and uses certain personal information as described below. However, you acknowledge and agree that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Platform is provided over third-party networks (e.g. internet, cellular networks, and satellite networks) that are outside Scintillant's control.

You must be at least 19 years old to use the Platform. The Platform is not directed to children, and Scintillant does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under that age. Where the Platform is used by an organization such as a school or school district, both the individual and the organization are considered Users.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information by contacting us using the details below. Some requests may be subject to applicable legal requirements or limited by information Scintillant is required to retain.
Scintillant may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. If you continue to use the Platform after this Privacy Policy changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to the updated policy.
